From the Hell Valley to the kingdom of heaven! The DREISAMTAL wants to be hiked and “experienced”. So lace up your hiking boots or get on your bike and off you go! Untouched nature, meadows through which clear streams find their way, deep forests, so pleasantly cool in summer... Every mountain offers a great view of a new destination - and how wonderful it is to take a break! Exercising in the fresh air makes you hungry for a snack. Numerous mountain inns and huts invite you to take a break. Refreshments and a real Black Forest snack in a cheerful atmosphere will get you fit again and appetite for more...DREISAMTAL.
DIVE INTO HOLIDAY PLEASURE!
Everyone will find their element here. Enjoy being active or in peace.... You decide! Sport and Dreisamtal belong together. You can be free like a bird or get fresh like a fish by diving into the outdoor pool. Also very popular: lazing around on the large, partly shaded lawn. It's up to you whether you work up a sweat by playing golf, playing tennis, aerobics, cycling or free climbing, or simply by going to the sauna. It should only ever be one thing: have fun! You have time - you're on vacation!
CHALLENGE THE BODY ...
Search for your own limits - and redefine ... Everything is possible here. Sport is only attractive to you if you can really challenge yourself, push yourself to the limit and constantly improve your condition? Extreme! But here in the stronghold of mountain bike sport, you can be understood (at least since the mountain bike world championships that took place here in 1995).
NOTHING LEFT FOR THE PEDALS?
Well, then go into the air: with paragliding and paragliding you get a "very special overview"! Ah, the mountain is calling you? IT STILL EXISTS ...
the old customs - cared for and preserved! And the folk music! For the heart and a good heart! On our popular home evenings you can learn a lot about the former life of the people in the Black Forest. About craftsmanship and ancient customs. The traditional band plays properly - a good atmosphere goes without saying! And in the 5th season it will be foolish! Every year during the carnival (one week in February) a people of witches, devils and other sometimes very gruesome looking masks rule the DREISAMTAL. Come and celebrate with us - before the spook is over!
THE MANY IMPRESSIONS ...
from moo to meow - it's nice in the country ... If you let the rooster wake you, you should also go to sleep with the chickens ... Country life inspires children and adults alike. There is a sense of security under large, projecting roofs. On the farms, children can get to know animals, play until they get tired, spend the day carefree - finally find out where the milk comes from ... Healthy, home-baked bread, apples from the tree, honey from busy bees, cider from the barrel ... There is always only one Problem: The day is too short!
