On the idyllic Haslach forest adventure trail, children experience the nature of the Black Forest up close. Eight interactive stations along the route They provide fun and games for the children. Afterwards, you can relax and end the day at the "Waldseeterrasse" inn.
The Haslach Forest Adventure Trail was built by the Haslach Black Forest Association.
Play, romp and explore nature
Along the approximately four-kilometer-long Haslach Forest Adventure Trail , eight skill-based challenges offer plenty of opportunities for climbing , balancing, and jumping. The climbing slope, balance beam, and balance beam put agility to the test. In the robber's cave and on the wildlife trail, imaginations can run wild. These outdoor activities are fun and help develop dexterity. In addition, over 30 information panels along the trail provide engaging and child-friendly insights into the forest and its inhabitants.
Rest and enjoy in nature
Along the idyllic tour over paths and forest roads, benches invite you to sit out and enjoy. So there is always the opportunity for a short drink break, during which you can let the landscape work its magic. Surrounded by woods and fields, you can relax and enjoy yourself while the children do gymnastics on the play equipment.
Willy Kern Hut
After extensive romping and hiking, you can take a break at the Willy-Kern hut. Between the tree rocker and the balance beam, the hut in the middle of the forest invites you to linger. Enjoy the atmosphere of the forest and listen to the rustling of leaves and the chirping of birds. After a short refreshment, the hiking path through the forest goes back down to the forest lake.
Gastronomy, mini golf and playground on the "Waldseeterrasse"
The “Waldseeterrasse” inn is not far from the Haslach forest adventure trail. The lovingly decorated restaurant with the nearby playground with its open-air area is perfect for mild summer evenings. In addition, a mini golf course ensures fun for young and old.
How to find us
The Haslach Forest Adventure Trail can be reached by car. The “Waldseeparkplatz” is the ideal place to park and at the same time marks the beginning of the hiking route.
From Freiburg from Breisgau: Follow the B294 towards FreudenstadtAfter entering Haslach, turn left onto Manfred-Hildenbrand-Straße. Take the first left onto Waldseeweg. The parking lot is located there.
From Offenburg: Follow the B33 in the direction of Haslach and turn right into Sägerstraße / B294 in front of the supermarket in the town center. Shortly before leaving the town you will find Manfred-Hildenbrand-Straße on the right. The Waldseeweg is then on the left.
From Freudenstadt: Follow the B294 to the supermarket in the town center and then turn left into Sägerstraße / B294. From there you will find Manfred-Hildenbrand-Straße on the right just before leaving the town. On the left is the Waldseeweg with parking lot.
The Haslach Forest Adventure Trail is signposted from here. There is an overview board at the parking lot. There are also signposts that show the route along the entire length of the path.
