There is a lot to discover for young and old on the Rötenbacher Ant Trail.

The starting point of the children's hiking trail is the Hardt hiking car park. From there it goes down into the Rötenbach Gorge, past the granite wall the narrow path meanders along the Rötenbach. The Rötenbacher Ant Trail explains interesting things on child-friendly information boards at 10 stations.

After the picnic area, we go back up through the Krebsgraben. You should be particularly careful in the crab crab, because if you look closely you might still be able to spot a crab here. When you get back to the top, the memory game awaits the children's joyful eyes. Now let's move on. The large picnic area invites you to linger. The little ones can play and discover on the giant ants. We continue to station 10, which provides information about wood. This is the last stop of the Hiking trail for children before you get back to the starting point.
