The "MarienheiligtumUnserer Lieben Frau" pilgrimage church on the Hörnleberg in the Elztal is a popular place of pilgrimage.

A coffered ceiling from 1890, a magnificent high altar from 1884 with a miraculous image and assistant figures of St. Mother Anna can be seen inside the pilgrimage church on the Hörnleberg.
