The Moosturm is a fascinating attraction between Oppenau and Gengenbach. The tower, built in 1890 from red sandstone, is 21 meters.
The tower is at an altitude of 871 meters and is in close proximity to several popular hiking trails, including the Renchtalsteig, the Kandelhöhenweg and the Gengenbach-Schapbach-Alpirsbach Kreuzweg.
