The Todtnau waterfall lies between Todtnau and Aftersteg. Here the Stübenwasenbach, which rises at 1386m, falls over two granite steps into the Wiesental. The waterfall in Todtnau has been a natural monument since June 1987 and is one of the most beautiful of its kind in Germany. From the parking lot, which is located at the exit of Aftersteg, the waterfall can be reached via a comfortable footpath within about 15 minutes. to reach.
The waterfall is impressive from below as well as from above. A number of footpaths lead up and down on both sides of the fall, which is a particularly good way of exploring and marveling at it.
