In July 2009, the Todtnauer Hasenhorn tower was built at 1156m as a lookout tower. The 20m high Hasenhorn tower offers a great all-round view from the Belchen, over the Stübenwasen, to the Feldberg and into the Wiesental.

The best way to get to the tower from Todtnau is with the Hasenhorn chairlift. A half-hour walk leads directly from the mountain station to the observation tower.
