In July 2009, the Todtnauer Hasenhorn Tower was built as a viewing tower at 1156m. The 20m high Hasenhorn tower offers a great panoramic view from Ballon, over the Stübenwasen, to the Feldberg and in the meadow valley.
The tower is from Todtnau The best way to get there is with the Hasenhorn chairlift. A half-hour walk leads directly from the mountain station to the observation tower.
