Joint start on the "Vogelsruhweg" (across from Wattsteigbrückenweg) to the Fuchsbauweg above the Kalberklamm hunting lodge, then as follows:
After Jagdhütte, crossing the Fuchsbauweg, take up the single trail “Grenzweg” to the downhill “Edelbergweg”. Pay attention to the junction to the single trail ascent "Gockelsweg" and follow this to the Wattkopfturm. Downhill straight to the Friedrichshütte, right past the Bismarkturm to the Vogelsang car park.
Then return to the starting point via Steigenhohl-, Vogelsang-, Friedrich- and Schöllbronner Straße.
