Constantly rising - the first section on the L 154 - the tour first leads to Buch. With a partly steep ascent, it then goes via Etzwihl and Hechwihl (steep descent before Hechwihl) to Unteralpfen. On the Albbruck / Unteralpfen route, a total of around 380 meters of altitude has to be mastered. With an initially steep ascent again, then steadily falling (with some steep sections in between) the route now continues to Gaiß (partly unpaved road, on the way with a view of the Rhine Valley) and via Eschbach to Waldshut (be careful with the partly steep inclines). Almost exclusively on local roads, it now goes via Dogern and Kiesenbach back to the starting point in Albbruck.
