The longest slide in southern Germany is located in the northern Black Forest, 35 kilometers south of Pforzheim. With a total length of 1500 meters, the toboggan run offers lots of fun. First, visitors are taken to the lofty heights for about four minutes by drag lift.

The Hasenhorn Coaster in Todtnau is considered the most spectacular toboggan run in all of Germany. Visitors are transported down to the valley in sleighs on 2,9 kilometer long tracks. Among other things, the paths have funny waves, several roundabouts and steep curves for particularly fast driving fun. You can easily determine the speed yourself at any time.

Guests are transported to the starting point with a state-of-the-art double chairlift. Tobogganing is allowed from a height of 95 cm and from the age of three years. From the age of 8 and with a minimum height of 1,40 cm, courageous visitors can dash down the mountain alone.

This is located directly at the mountain station rustic mountain inn with sun terrace. Guests can stop here to dine excellently in a hut atmosphere or to celebrate extensively. 70 seats and 16 beds are available in the Gasthaus Hasenhorn.

Furthermore, guests can hike a good three kilometers from the Hasenhorn mountain station to Todtnau in order to discover the enchanting locations of the fairy tale "Magic Path".

A visit to the Todtnau Hasenhorn Tower is a good idea if guests want to experience something else after tobogganing. The observation tower is about 20 minutes' walk away and is 21 metres high. Surrounding peaks, Feldberg, Ballon, Schauinsland and many more are spotted. When the weather is clear, even the distant Alps with Mönch, Eiger and Jungfrau can be seen.
